Beytepe Gendarme Administration and Dormitory Buildings

Spanning an area of 159,440 m², the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy Project stands out with its architectural integrity and functional design. At the heart of the site is the dean's building, designed in a 'U' shape, with dormitory buildings positioned on its right and left wings. The form of the dean's building creates a ceremonial area of approximately 3,500 m², serving as a central focal point of the project. The entrance areas of the dormitory buildings include assembly spaces that are also designed to accommodate fire safety operations, offering a multifunctional solution. Underground tunnels connecting the dean's building and dormitories provide practical solutions for harsh weather conditions and technical connectivity. The project features a well-organized and dense green landscape, along with open sports facilities such as sports fields and running tracks, offering a dynamic living environment. Its design approach and site layout adhere strictly to military standards, making this academy a unique and highly functional institution.
