Beytepe Gendarme Administration and Dormitory Buildings

Gendarmerie and Coast Guard academy project has an area of 159.440m2 and consists of Dean’s building and dormitory buildings. In the middle of the area, there is the dean’s building with a ‘U’ shaped architectural plan, while the dormitory buildings are located next to the right and left arms of the building.

The ceremonial area which is emerging with the form of the Dean’s building is approximately 3,500m2. The assembly area at the entrance of the dormitory buildings are also designed for fire brigade use. In addition to the dense and regular green texture of the project, sports fields and jogging paths have been arranged for outdoor sports activities in the area. Both the design approach and the settlement on the site are in accordance with and supportive of military norms.
